Sonya moved to Brentwood, Tennessee, back in 2006. She is always collaborating on better ways to serve her clients and improve her business. She takes honor to be a part of such an important decision of buying or selling a home and wants to make it as seamless as possible.
After working as a trusted advisor in providing professional development to Nashville’s small to enterprise organizations for over twenty years, transitioning into real estate was a natural fit. She believes in representing her clients to the best of her ability and educating them every step of the way.
Sonya earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Williamson County Association of Realtors. Her incredible work ethic and drive shines as she serves her clients to achieve their real estate goals.
Sonya is a member of the Parmenter Group brokered by eXp Realty; focusing on Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Nashville and surrounding areas. Her goal is to intentionally learn about her clients, to understand and help individuals and families further their goals and dreams.
Her husband, David Komar, is the co-owner of Temp Control, a family owned HVAC company in Nashville. They can be found on the sidelines cheering on their two teenage kids or walking their rescue pup at Smith Park. Together they love calling Brentwood, Tennessee, their home!
