Sonya Martinez Coleman

Hello and thank you for taking a moment to learn a little bit about me. I am a Colorado native who has spent most of my life in Northern Colorado. I met my husband of 19 years while he served in the U.S. Air Force, and we raised our kids here in beautiful Colorado. After 13 years in healthcare, I decided to start my career as a full-time residential Realtor. The real estate market is ever changing, and I enjoy helping my clients navigate it. My mission for each client is to make their home buying or selling experience as seamless as possible. I always welcome questions, and I make my client’s a priority. I work closely with Lenders and Title Representatives to make your real estate goals a reality.

Being a Realtor is what I enjoy doing every single day and it’s what I am passionate about. I love being able to help my clients with such an important event in their life and see the smile on their face on closing day!
