Sophala Daum was truly exceptional. I met Sophala back in 2015 she was my realtor who helped me sell my first home. I continued to work with Sophala in all my buying and selling of properties. I was impressed with her knowledge and the amount of data she had about the real estate market. It was a no-brainer for me and my husband to continue to work with Sophala for all our future home services. Sophala was always available for home tours. She was responsive to all the questions we have about our home-buying process. If she missed a phone call she always makes sure to call back within a few minutes. She has done an incredible job of researching any potential home we would like to own so that we don't get ourselves in a mess. She made sure that we get the best deal on our home. A very great negotiator and super friendly. She is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, patience and good energy make the home-buying process less stressful in a very chaotic time.
