I chose new construction as a first time home owner. Family, friends, and coworkers all advice me against using a realtor. I'm so happy I trusted my gut, and worked with Sophia!

She held my hand and advocated for me at every step of the home buyer/building process. Even when I wanted to walk away she stayed calm, professional, yet gently pushing me to trust the process, and walk out on faith.

Because she's an experienced realtor, which included new construction. She pointed out things that were in question, and demand they get resolved quickly.

This may not be my forever home, but Sophia Edmonson is my forever realtor!

I’ve worked with Sophia on the purchase of two properties and they both were quick turn-around closing. Sophia is savvy enough and experienced enough to make them both happen without any glitches all the way through closing. She has plenty of reach back capabilities to give me all the assistance I needed e.g. contractors, load officers, home inspectors, and other realtors in different markets. I have a W2 job and don’t have the time to coordinate all the different moving pieces to get a house from under contract to closing. That’s why went with Sophia on the last two homes and I will stick with her going forward. She is truly a rockstar!!!

We are from NJ and were looking for a new home in Alabama. After visiting many developments and numerous Realitor’s, we came upon Sophia. Not really needing a Realitor, it only took a few minutes of talking with Sophia and I knew she was someone we could trust to look out for our best interest. Our process started back in June 2020, after a 60 day build delay, per our request, Sophia has been in constant contact with us. She always answers my text and calls me back when I request her to. Sophia has put in many many many hours looking after our build, she is relentless when it comes to getting answers, she is bright and always pleasant. I could go on and on.
Having Sophia as our agent has been a blessing.

Sophia is nothing short of AMAZING. She was patient with us while we got our finances in order and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect house to call our home. We were first time home buyers and she helped us through every step of the process. She was always willing to go to showings whether it was a Saturday or a Tuesday at 8pm and was always eager to answer all of my questions no matter how many times I asked the same ones.
