My experience renting one of Sophie’s properties was a positive one. She was always very responsive and one of the few landlords that allowed me to have my 2 dogs. I was very grateful for that because I had just sold my home of 22 years and had no idea how difficult it would be to find a nice rental that allowed multiple dogs. I am writing this review over a celebratory dinner with my wife the day of our closing. The only reason we got to this point is because of Sophie’s incredible work. She is smart, a quintessential professional, and a stalwart advocate for her clients. She is able to bring her extensive knowledge of Cleveland real estate into the process to help first time home buyers like us. She is also readily available to answer questions via text or phone call. She’s willing to dedicate a great amount of time to her clients. At our busiest, she was taking us to your 6 or 7 houses a day.

She’s also supported by friendly and communicative support staff who are available those rare times she isn’t. Getting documents signed and returned was extremely fast and easy.

There’s no one better you can work with in Cleveland real estate, especially if you are a first time buyer!

I had the most wonderful experience buying my first home with Sophie - I wish she were all over the world so that everyone could experience her wonderful professionalism and helpfulness. She came so prepared to each home tour and gave me documents so I needed to be less prepared. I knew absolutely 0 about the home buying process and she helped me every step of the way. Every step. From finding repair men, specialty services, utilities, mortgages. She was always available to me via text or email and responded so promptly even if it wasn't the greatest time. She kept me updated without me needing to ever think. I never once thought - hmmm, I wonder what the status is on this, because Sophie had already updated and sometimes even confirmed that she was waiting on an update. I was living in Texas while purchasing a house in Cleveland, so Sophie had to take some extra steps and work with extra people to help make sure everything was ready when I arrived and she did! For sure work with Sophie!
