Spain Kelley

a native of Winston-Salem, NC and a graduate of Stetson University. He has lived and been involved in real estate on Hilton Head since the mid-70's. Spain has specialized in commercial brokerage and smaller syndications of income properties through a broad base of clients and investors. He was a co-founder along with John Scott of Prudential Hilton Head Properties. He has extensive experience in the management, leasing and disposition of bank-owned properties.
