About Spencer

Originally born and raised on a farm in Ohio, Spencer moved to South Florida to pursue his education in 2009 after graduating from Culver Military Academy. Culver is a world-renowned prestigious Midwest school located just south of Chicago. Following his college prep-school endeavors he graduated top of his class from Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL) in just 36 months. Succeeding his bachelor’s, he was accepted into Lynn's accelerated MBA program and received his Master of Business Administration with a focus on investment and financial management in just 12 months. He has also successfully done other graduate programs for continuing education at NSU Law School and Harvard Business School with such focuses as contract law and negotiation mastery.


Spencer is a third-generation real estate professional. Since an early teen, he has assisted the family in property management, real estate acquisitions, and investments, as well as land development. Learning from the ground up, took that knowledge and experience to grow his real estate portfolio of properties and takes pride in offering an unmatched experience clients will not receive from other realtors. Spencer is well-versed in customer service and understands that each customer is unique in their wants and needs. He takes pride in assisting his clients and ensuring they receive nothing less than outstanding service.

Spencer has worked for one Fortune 500 company, and three state elected officials, launched multiple successful side ventures, as well as maintained his career as a professional private aircraft broker. He is a certified REO and BPO agent as well. The knowledge and experience that he brings to the table and his dedication and attention to detail make it impossible to allow anyone else the opportunity to assist with your real estate needs!


Spencer is a member of the Masonic Lodge, National Business Aviation Association, & National Association of REALTORS®. He enjoys all aspects of the great outdoors and all the luxuries that South Florida has to offer.
