Spencer Todd

Spencer Todd is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana. Spencer is a member of the Realtor Association of Acadiana, a lifelong resident of the Acadiana area and a St. Thomas Moore alumni. Following graduation, Spencer began his career as a petroleum landman in the Oil and Gas industry. His work with Schoeffler Energy Group required Spencer to refine his skills to successfully negotiate the acquisition of mineral rights, manage interests of land ownership and mediate negotiations for multiple interests. Spencer was able to transition to commercial real estate investing using his acquired knowledge of this industry. His success in real estate investing motivated Spencer to obtain his real estate license in 2016. Spencer maintains a large interest in the Acadiana area and surrounding regions. In 2018, Spencer was appointed to the Board of a real estate holding company. His background in investing has led to a deeper understanding of what makes a deal great in both the commercial and residential sectors. Spencer most enjoys helping clients make quality decisions when buying or selling real estate. He believes Real Estate is a means to build wealth and Spencer is driven to see his clients satisfied.
