Sridhar is one stop shop and very friendly to his clients. His business model is to look from clients perspective always provide the maximum benefit to client so that client doesn't feel that he/she has been doing business with a Realtor rather with someone among his own friend. I can trust him blindly for any negotiations for my real estate deal. With extremely profound knowledge of local market he is the best when it comes to negotiate and that fast track response time.

We started our first time home buying journey with a very limited or no expectations. We hired Sridhar based on multiple recommendations from our friends. When we met him for the first time, he spent about two hours in explaining the entire home purchase process and helped us to understand the current market and options we have with in our budget. As he started showing us homes for sale our expectations changed very quickly, almost every other week, and we turned out to be a very difficult customer for him. Sridhar understood our situation and was very flexible enough to accommodate our needs, helped us to refine our specifications, and showed homes as per our demands. He was very polite and has patience all the time and took us through various house showings for all most ten weeks in straight.
