He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ratner Property Management, Inc. since January 2022, overseeing the company's strategic direction and operations. Under his leadership, Sruli has been instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the company's market position in Los Angeles, California.

Before becoming CEO, Sruli held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ratner Property Management from August 2003 to December 2021, where he managed day-to-day operations and played a key role in shaping the company’s operational strategies. Over his 18 years as COO, Sruli’s hands-on approach and keen business acumen were essential in scaling the company's operations and optimizing its performance across various facets of property management.
