Stacey Sobczak

Stacey has sold over 600 homes over the last 17 years, from luxury estates to helping first time home buyers, from prices ranging from $250,000-3M. Stacey focuses primarily on Hamilton and Boone counties and the Indianapolis area. One of the hallmarks of Stacey's business has been the friendships she has built along the way. Many of Stacey's clients are past or repeat clients that are growing families, downsizing or being transferred to a new location.

As residents of Hamilton county for almost 30 years, Stacey and her husband Dave build beautiful custom homes and have 5 adult kids (and have recently become grandparents). Stacey is continually voted an Indianapolis Monthly 5 Star Agent and always stays in the top 100 REALTORS® in MIBOR. Stacey is relocation certified and trained - a certification that has greatly helped her clients navigate the process of buying and selling. Additionally, Stacey is a licensed stager, which, along with her knowledge of the building industry and previous background in marketing, have added huge value to both her buyers and sellers.

Stacey is very involved with her family and the communities that she calls home. In her free time, Stacey volunteers for the Heart and Soul Free Medical Dental Clinic. She and her husband downsized and currently live on Morse Reservoir are are members of Harbour Tree's Golf Club.
