Stacey Yates

Stacey Yates of Keller Williams-NJ Metro Group in Montclair, NJ, is a real estate agent who achieves top results for her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and helps all of her clients attain their real estate needs. Stacey first started out as a leasing agent for a large property management company at a 175-unit garden apartment complex at Crossroads Gardens in Woodbridge, NJ. After a year there, she decided to add real estate sales into her area of expertise and has been helping clients with their real estate needs for 10 years now! She specializes in residential and commercial real estate and works with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. Whatever your needs are, she has you covered! In addition, Stacey is also an official member of the Keller Williams Sports + Entertainment Division. This Division comprises of real estate agents in markets across North America who work hand-in-hand with professionals in the sports and entertainment industries.

Aside from real estate, Stacey is an active participant in the community. She is a volunteer in the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® Member Engagement Committee which is a group of volunteers who participate in community service acts throughout the year. The committee is responsible for hosting various food drives, coat drives, school supplies drives, Care Day and much more to work for the betterment of our communities!

Personally, Stacey is New Jersey native and an avid sports fan who you will often see cheering on her favorite local sports teams! Her love for sports started at an early age as she was a student-athlete from elementary school through high school. After high school, Stacey focused on her studies and obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. A few years later, she obtained her Master’s degree from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. Stacey’s studies at the universities taught her to be a self-starter, a strong communicator and negotiator which are essential skills for the real estate field!
