After an extensive search for a realtor to sell our Germantown home, Team Rosatti continued to come to the top of the list. From our first meeting, to the final closing on our sale, they helped us through the entire process. Our home was a difficult sell. Team Rosatti put together a fantastic marketing plan, from open houses to promoting on Instagram and Facebook and creating a great video, they pulled out all the stops. Stacia and Bill sold our first home, and helped us find the perfect home for our growing family. Their involvement with us went so far above just real estate expertise to really make our move as simple as possible for us. With small children, Stacia was so empathetic to our crazy season of life and I came to really value her advice in what areas we should look, schools, etc. When we were together for showings, Bill would always play with my boys so my husband and I could fully explore the home with Stacia. They were always excited to hear from us, always updating us in our group text and happy to help with our every need and question. Bill even showed up to our home on move-in day to spray down a wasp nest he had noticed during inspection! They made us feel like part of their family, and remain dear friends to us to this day.

Great realtor, prompt and made selling our home extremely easy and stress free!!!
Stacia and her team worked quickly and efficiently to help get my house sold under extreme time constraints!
She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and the neighborhood which helped us price the home appropriately to receive the best offer possible.
The team worked hard and offered a lot of great avenues to make sure the property was seen by as many potential buyers as possible i.e. Videos, online real estate market, open house, flyers

As newcomers to Memphis, we were fortunate indeed to discover Stacia & Bill Rosatti and their team.
Stacia’s knowledge of Memphis and surrounds was as extensive as her patience, as we explored many varied home options. From downtown condos to estates in Collierville, & everything in between, the Rosatti’s shared their insights about neighborhoods, builders & home values. They were always available & quick to respond. When we needed facts and figures, their team provided vital intel to help us negotiate strategically. Our contract, inspection and settlement all went smoothly thanks in part to the Rosatti’s solid track record of years of working well with others in the area. Lastly, after we’d moved in to our new home, it was wonderful that Stacia and Bill were still so friendly & willing to help us by sharing recommendations for various providers from painters to kennels & physicians. That extra TLC can really make a difference when you’re starting from scratch.
