Stacia started her career and love of commercial real estate as a small business owner in her early 20’s, successfully owning & later selling her start-up retail business, became a licensed Realtor focused on commercial real estate in 1994. An unequivocal testament to her talents, she joined commercial real estate giant Simon Property Group in 2003 as a Leasing Representative in the Community/Lifestyle Division. In this role, Stacia was challenged with new development and pre-leasing ground-up projects such as St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville and the picturesque Pier Park in Panama City Beach, in additional to leasing multiple Community/Lifestyle center properties throughout the Southeastern US. Stacia joined Encore Sotheby's International Realty as the Senior Advisor of the Commercial Division in 2011, rejoining her Indianapolis roots and desire to work with local entrepreneurs, owners and business professionals needing a valuable real estate broker and advisor. In 2023, Stacia started her own brokerage company in Indianapolis, Insite Commercial Real Estate. Stacia's specialization and focus on the commercial real estate industry includes retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and investment properties, decades of industry experience has honed her intuitiveness for what commercial business clients seek in a trusted advisor.
