I purchased a home in June of 2010 with Stacie as my buyers agent. It was a short sale with a second mortgage and a HOA lien against it. With all of the odds stacked against us, she made it happen. The bank wanted more money, she used comps and a lot of calls to get them to back down. Not only did they not get more, they settled for less when the 3rd party BPO came in lower. The inspection came back with issues, and she got the seller to fix them correctly in time to close. The bank set the closing date back a week, and she still got everyone on the same page just in the nick of time. She was absolutely fantastic and no matter how frustrated I was with the short sale process, she was was always kind and understanding. Without her I would not be in my home today.
