Stacie Thompson

Stacie has been in the Greenville, SC area since she was recruited to play volleyball for Furman University in 2004. As a lifelong top tier athlete, she learned valuable lessons of perseverance, commitment, teamwork and leadership. Out of college she taught 2nd grade in Greenville County for a few years, so she is familiar with the school systems in the area. She grew up in a real estate household as her dad was a builder/developer and her mom was a mortgage broker and then later became a Realtor. She has lived all over the Greenville SC area and has a strong connection to both residents and agents. Her reputation among other Realtors in the area is strong and her relationships paired with skill and creativity can help to win multiple offers. Her business is 100% referral based which comes directly from her sphere and relationships built in this area over time. She understands the fine line between fighting for her clients and keeping the over-arching goal in mind of bringing two parties together peacefully to accomplish a goal. She loves advocating on behalf of her clients and help see the positives even if a situation turns murky. She has a keen eye for design, staging, and maximizing a space for it’s true potential. This is helpful in today’s market where prices are rising and people cant always afford a brand new home…so she loves helping them see the potential within their budgets for taking an older home and making it theirs!

In her spare time she loves spending time with her son, Bennett and her Labrador Retriever, Huckleberry. She is a wife to a Greenville County Law Enforcement officer who has served as a sniper for the city of Greenville, SWAT team, and now on the warrants team for Greenville County. She loves to travel and she LOVES thrifting/antiquing!! As a family they love baseball, enjoy riding ATVs, hiking, going boating, and hanging out at home too.
