He answered the phone every time we called and responded to our questions immediately. He stayed and walked through our entire inspection during the inspection day. He helped my wife and I find a home that we absolutely love. More than once during the process we said to each other how lucky we were to have found Stacy. We were first time home buyers and Stacy made sure that we were aware of every aspect of the process and explained anything that we had questions about in detail. He also has quite a bit of experience with home projects which made it extremely helpful to estimate the effort and cost for any potential upgrades or fixes that we saw in the homes that we were considering. His input was truly invaluable. Not only was he an incredible help to us, he also helped the sellers of our new home immensely. The company that they listed the home with was almost completely uninvolved in the process and when they needed help Stacy jumped right in. He drove over to their house quite a few times to explain details with them and discuss anything they needed clarification on. It's important to Stacy that everyone involved has a great experience and he'll do whatever he can to make that happen. After closing, the sellers of the house think just as highly of Stacy as we do. We can't recommend Stacy highly enough. The ideal search for a home is one that's enjoyable and leads to a house that you love. With Stacy that's a sure thing.

Kennesaw, GA Stacy has helped me sell one house, rent two houses, was the seller agent for the house I'm currently in, (he was so great I had to hire him to help me sell mine!) and I'm currently working with him on selling another home. When the market was poor, Stacy helped me rent those two houses before I sold them until the market improved. He's honest, knowledgeable, intelligent, and very easy to work with. He always answers his phone and is always looking out for YOUR best interest. Whenever someone ask me about a real estate agent, Stacy is the ONLY name I give out as a recommendation. We were immediately drawn to Stacy from his calm, cool demeanor and willingness to help without coming across as too pushy. He read into our approach during the process and quickly picked up on when we wanted to slow down the process or ramp it up to a faster pace. He helped negotiate a great deal with tons of great incentives. His communication during the process was spot on, again not pushing one way or another just keeping us informed and walking through what to look for and how he would proceed. My wife and I have rented for YEARS and were in the market for our first home. We actually met Stacy at an open house and were so impressed with him that we decided to ask if he would help us find a home. We are SO glad we did! He helped us find the neighborhoods that were right for us with the schools that were right for our little ones. He was always there when I had a question and ALWAYS called me back or texted back...sometimes really late at night! Lucky for me, the house she chose, Stacy and his wife actually owned themselves. Not only were they awesome sellers who were very willing to work with us and the negotiations, but Stacy practically held my hand through the whole process. After only being in the industry for a short while, this was great for me, because I had already dealt with so many agents who were hardly friendly towards me, much less helping me on the opposite side of the closing table.
