Stacy was great!! I really appreciated her quick responses to my many questions. My move was a bit unusual as I kept changing the dates. The place I'm moving to wasn't ready and I had to keep changing. Stacy took it in stride and talked me off the wall a couple of times. We put the house on the market on a Thursday and it was sold by Sunday with a full price offer. What could be better than that. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Stacy and her time.

I loved working with Ericka! I didn't know buying a home could be so quick and smooth! Ericka and I met when she was showing a home. I wasn't even looking for an agent. However, after we spoke at length about the areas I was interested in, I knew Ericka would be a knowledgeable and honest agent. Ericka kept in constant communication. She always made time for me and my busy schedule. She knew what I was looking for and stayed on top of new listings for me. Aside from her great knowledge of Skagit county, Ericka also has numerous contractors a call away to help me with my buying and moving process. I also appreciated that if Ericka wasn't able to show me a house, another agent in her office was willing to step in and help out!
