Stacy Rozansky

Stacy’s background is in acquisitions for affordable housing. She has experience in ground-up development, construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and working with jurisdictions in and around Metro Denver.

As an agent, Stacy loves to help first-time buyers understand the many benefits of real estate and what your first investment can do for you. She thrives on exploring creative strategies to help get clients into their first home or their next investment. Stacy specializes in helping others use real estate as a means for wealth-building and reaching financial independence.

Stacy is also a long-term buy-and-hold real estate investor. Her investing career began in 2017 with the purchase of two out-of-state long-term rentals. She is now focused on building Her rental portfolio in Colorado and is always looking to add more rentals.

Stacy is a CU-Boulder graduate (GO BUFFS!) and a native Wisconsinite (GO PACK GO!). She is married, has two kids, and has two dogs. She loves day-tripping around this beautiful state just exploring new hikes and places with her family. She is an avid gardener, reader, and loves to talk about any and all things real estate!
