This was my first time selling a home. I was very unsure about the process and, quite frankly, was conerned about all the roadblocks that lie ahead. Stacy was awesome! We were really stressed with holding onto a vacant home that we were paying a mortgage on for 4 months after my mother moved, and Stacy came in and handled everything. She had handymen and different professionals that she called for quotes on things we needed to fix, and really just shouldered the stress of all of it and let us feel like all was well the whole time! And it turned out great in the end! My mom’s house that we had bought for her, sold quickly (which we didn’t expect but really needed it to) and it was the biggest blessing to be done with it!

Now we know why, after working with Stacy and seeing the top notch customer service she provides before and after the sale we were very satisfied. Well after the sale during one of her just checking in on you emails, we mentioned we had a problem with a roof leak. We just asked if she could find out who the contractor was that installed it. She provided the information and after she heard I was having a hard time getting a response from them. She jumped in and contacted the contractor herself. Stacey navigated the changing market like true professional with honesty and integrity. I really can't recommend Stacy enough to be your Realtor, especially if you're a first time home buyer, like us. Dani and I began our search earlier this year and we had absolutely no clue how to get started or where to look. Stacy helped us sell our house. We met with her in April with just the idea of selling, but we were not fully committed yet. She provided all the information of costs and how much we would make approximately from selling. She guided us through our decision and answered any questions we had. We decided to put our house on the market. It was seamless. In the crazy market we are in currently, she made the process not overwhelming. We accepted an offer within 72 hours of putting our house up for sell. Even though the buyer ended up being very difficult to work with, Stacy and her team took care of all the details and made it simple for my husband and I. She also helped us find a place to rent that was affordable and within the community we wanted to move to.

My girlfriend had used Stacy Wilson to sell her old
home and buy a new one. She said Stacy “was the
best and gets things done.” I found this to be true
and can now share more specifically what makes
Stacy so great. As a first time homebuyer I had
many questions along the way. Stacy always
made sure my questions were answered same
day and if she didn’t know the answer no later
than the next. It may sound like that’s what your
realtor is supposed to do but I work full time and
couldn’t always ask for Stacy’s help between 9
and 5. Stacy answered many calls and texts
nights and weekends. Each time she was
cheerful, knowledgeable and professional.
Stacy was also my advocate. Whether double
checking my lender to make sure I received a good
deal on my loan or calling the HOA to make sure
the seller really did replace the roof 3 years ago,
Stacy looked out for me and I appreciated
her hard work on my behalf. Did you ever have the experience of working with someone who really knew what they were doing AND they were really nice?
