We could not be happier with the care Chinita, Sarah and Eli gave us. We were helped along each step of the sale process. Their service was way above and beyond anything we expected. They even helped stage the garden, moving plants and rearranging furniture themselves. Eli even helped us move heavy furniture out of the house. They are exceptional in every way . Chinita and her team have been nothing but extraordinary! They had helped me purchase my home about four years ago and then sell it four years later. They were so much help in both instances. During the purchase there was 12 people trying to purchase the home and they made sure I was the one who made the purchase. Than when I sold it so I would have retirement money they worked really hard and did everything right to make that is sold quickly and that I got all the money I possibly could from the home.

Sarah was absolutely AMAZING! We used her to sell our house and she went above and beyond. From the start of the process to the end she communicated and explained everything clearly. She was always prompt and responsive. She made the process simple and smooth. She even ended up getting us well over our asking price! I would highly recommend her to anyone, our old neighbors will actually be using her after seeing how our sale went! We will definitely use her services again in the future!

My favorite quality of hers was she never pushed us to put an offer on anything we didn't feel 100% comfortable with. and she answered all our questions very promptly and honestly.
