Stan Fernald is a Dallas native, served in the Marine Corp and has a BBA and an MBA in finance from SMU. He began his real estate career in commercial real estate in Dallas then moved to Cedar Creek Lake to set up a real estate lending program. Stan has always loved volunteering and has been continually active with local volunteer programs including the Coast Guard Auxiliary, Kiwanis and Rotary International, and as President of the Cedar Creek Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Karen Fernald is from Longview, Texas, and a graduate of Texas A&M. Having a love of decorating, she enjoys collaborating with clients on ways to make their lake home perfect for selling or owning. “I absolutely love Cedar Creek Lake, and its constant "vacation" atmosphere.” Karen is a member of the Rotary club and is committed to her community and residents.
