I couldn't be more grateful that my experience of buying a home was with Stanley! As a first time home buyer it can be an intimidating process but with Stanley's extensive knowledge and detail to homes I felt assured and at ease with the entire process. He took his time to go over every room in the house, gave great advice as how to remodel to increase the value of the house, and was honest on whether or not the purchase was right for me. If I had any questions about anything, Stanley was extremely responsive and ensured that every question I had was answered. He not only made the process of buying a home stress free but he truly made it fun and comforting! He made sure I understood the process every step of the way all the way down to the closing! I would highly recommend Stanley to anyone who wants to start the process of buying a new home!

If you are looking for a realtor who gives you 100% from start to finish, it’s Stanley Martone. We signed a contract to purchase a home while we were in CT this past summer. Stanley became the person who took care of details and moved the process along. When we had to be out of town, Stanley was an efficient go between with the builder, as well as, making sure that items we ordered were delivered and stored safely. As the closing was approaching, there was missing documentation. Stanley took care of getting the correct information to the necessary people.
SERVICE!! The best way I can describe it is that he treats you like a member of his family!

It was a breath of fresh air working with Stanley.

My husband and I were trying to buy our first home, we did not know much about Connecticut or the uniqueness of buying a new construction home in a new state during the COVID pandemic. From this experience we found many reasons why working with Stanely was fantastic!

He was INCREDIBLY RESPONSIVE he was easy to get in contact with, if he did not answer the phone he would acknowledge the call and would return the call as soon as possible.

He was honest, one of the few things we asked from Stanley is honesty. Again as a new homebuyer, we wanted to be sure we were making a good decision and desired honest and timely updates along the way- which he is very good at.

He is receptive to feedback. If we were unhappy he would make an effort to fix it and would go above and beyond to make things right!

I would recommend Stanley to any family or friend in search for house. Not only is he hard-working, but he is incredibly passionate about his work and it shows in the way he conducts his business.

Stanley Martone has been responsive and excellent since the first conversation we had! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house in the past with other realtors, we asked Stanley to help us one final time. After an initial conversation, he quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we need to have our house in perfect showing condition. He came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done his homework. With a few quirks to our home, he had the data and comps to back up his decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly. Stanley Martone has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. As we have started to look for a new home he has been quick to pass on homes we might have an interest and quickly show them to us in this fast moving market. Stanley came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! We will definitely use him again for selling or buying!

I am not even sure how to express how easy Stanley made this process for us. He was forward, honest and genuinely always had our best interest at heart.
