About Stanley

As a Broker Associate at Lamacchia Realty, I bring more than a decade of leadership experience in real estate, finance, and strategic decision-making. Over the course of my career, I have overseen more than $60 million in residential transactions and played a key role in the development and sale of new construction communities, including Breakwater Bay, City Point Landing, and Lakeside of Cheshire. As an active real estate investor, I also bring a firsthand, owner-level perspective to every transaction, strengthening my ability to evaluate risk, identify opportunity, and navigate complex deals in dynamic market environments.

I am deeply committed to professional and community leadership. I currently serve on the Boards of Directors for the Connecticut REALTORS® and the Mid-State Association of REALTORS®, where I also participate on multiple committees focused on policy development, strategic initiatives, and member engagement. In addition, I serve as a Board Director for the Niantic Main Street Association and am a recent Board Director for United Way of Southington, supporting efforts that strengthen local organizations, expand opportunity, and promote long-term community resilience.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from Quinnipiac University, I bring a strong, data-driven approach to financial analysis, strategic planning, and organizational sustainability. My background in marketing and technology further enhances my ability to think innovatively, leverage data, and align resources to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Outside of my professional and volunteer commitments, I am a proud husband and father. I live with my wife, Alexa, and our two sons, Joseph and Jonathan, and I value the role that strong families and connected communities play in creating lasting opportunity and positive change.

Stanley was fantastic with my purchase of a commercial property. He was there every step of the way to make sure I was informed with all the information I needed. He came to the closing to make sure it was going ok. If you want someone who cares, who is concerned about making sure you’re happy. He is the realtor you should go with.

I am so glad that Stanley was there to guide me as I sold my house. He helped with everything from figuring out the price to taking the photos and scheduling the showings. He has such a good eye for detail and I truly believe that without Stanley I would not have sold as quickly and easily as I did. He is kind and patient and kept me from getting overwhelmed or intimidated by all of the moving parts or what-ifs. He knows who to contact for questions, inspections, repairs and legal matters and I would recommend have been lost without his expertise and guidance. I recommend Stanley wholeheartedly and know he will do as great of a job for anyone else as he did for me.
