Stanley founded Pack and Company in 1989 and as Broker-In-Charge, he has built a brand based on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He specializes in residential and commercial appraisals, as well as listing and selling properties. In addition to residential homes, he has many years of experience in rural land sales and is well versed in various areas, such as Lake Bowen, Inman, Spartanburg, etc. He is a State Certified General Appraiser, a licensed Broker, and an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
Stanley and his wife, Kaye, are very involved with First Presbyterian Church and focus much of their time supporting their local community. Whether it's hunting & fishing, boating at the lake, or just taking a long walk, Stanley has always had a passion for the outdoors. But more than anything, he enjoys spending most of his time with his family.
