Stanley Richman

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Stan has worked in LA real estate for more than 30 years. Prior to Compass, Stan managed Coldwell Banker’s 200-agent Beverly Hills North office, growing it into the firm’s top-producing office nationwide. Stan is an expert in Westside real estate from Malibu to the Sunset Strip. He has lived and worked in Beverly Hills for over 30 years. Outside of work, Stan is a landscape designer for his home, film buff, UCLA sports fanatic, art patron, and avid tennis player. Stan attended UCLA and lives in Beverly Hills with his wife Barbara of 37 years and his son and daughter who live close by.
