Stefanie Hahn

Stefanie's job is to execute. Her current focus is on planning, people, systems, and production. She oversees the operations and employees for a 10 office and multi-department real estate services company. She works on strategies and policies that are designed to ensure success and profitability. Her role involves working closely with department heads and office managers to ensure coordination in the effort to reach our goals. In addition, she directs human resources activities and gets in the thick of formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning how both material and human resources are to be utilized across the organization. She's created and taught classes on Google, social media and other real estate related-technologies for local and state associations, Realtors Triple Play, Coldwell Banker's Generation Blue conference and more.She has written for Realtor(r) Magazine Online and has been honored to be a Guest Editor at Realtor Magazine. She is a founding member and past Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Young Professionals Network and a founding member and Past President of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Women's Council of Realtors and past President of the 2017-2018 Philadelphia Area Alumnae Panhellenic. She currently serves as a National Association of Realtors(r) Federal Political Coordinator and locally she's on the Haverford Township Adult School Board.
