Stefanie Ward

Stefanie Ward is a transplant to the Kansas City area from the East Coast with her husband, two kids, and Great Dane! After living all around the country, she now considers Kansas City her home. With a passion for real estate and seeing families find a place to call “home”, Stefanie has assisted multiple families to navigate to Kansas City real estate market. Experience working with buyers and sellers and a “true boots on the ground” advocate for clients, she has gained the respect of other agents as well as her clients.

Stefanie walks her clients through the whole process from beginning to end while creating a relationship. She does not consider her clients to be just “customers“. For her, there’s nothing more satisfying at the end of a deal to have a client that now calls her a friend.
