Stefany Deroche

Stefany is a Louisiana native growing up just outside of Baton Rouge in the city of Central. Stefany became a member of the Thibodaux community in 2007 shortly after getting married which is where she and her family reside today. Stefany majored in Business and Real Estate. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license she worked for several years in the Real Estate field. She worked as a Real Estate Abstractor performing title searches and also as a Closing Specialist for a Title Company. She has experience from Pre-Closing to Post-Closing; from Title Exams to disbursement. She embraced the change from working behind the scenes in Real Estate to moving into more personal interaction with those she has been able to help buy and sell homes all across Louisiana since 2009. In 2019, Stefany look another step to advance her craft and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Stefany now serves as the Broker/Owner of Canal & Main Realty with offices in Thibodaux & Houma. Stefany is known for having a positive attitude, her determination and commitment to innovation as well as her giving spirit.
