In 1990, Stella had an integral part in the inception of Coast Newport Properties, the area’s most successful boutique real estate company at the time, later purchased by Coldwell Banker. Partnered with the company’s founder and president, the two dominated the market of homes listed and sold in the golf course community of Big Canyon for many years. Now affiliated with Compass Real Estate. Stella is well liked by her clients and colleagues and is known for her approachable demeanor and integrity.
