Stephan was a phenomenal broker -- truly the best agent I could have asked for. He was proactive about sending me listings that aligned with my criteria, arranged remote FaceTime viewings for me, and closed the deal smoothly. The best part is how responsive he is. Whenever I messaged him I would receive a response within minutes (even on weekends) -- he truly made an intimidating process as efficient and straightforward as can be. This is especially appreciated considering I was renting from out-of-state! In all, I highly recommend him. Super grateful to Stephan and extremely satisfied with the result.
