Stephanie Altdoerffer started her real estate career in Denver, Colorado over 20 years ago. She has been selling homes in Arizona since 2005. She puts the relationship between she and her clients first and foremost.

As founder and co-owner of Before & After Remodeling, Inc., Stephanie is skilled in planning and design for residential remodels of all sizes. Stephanie combines her residential remodeling and design experience with real estate sales by helping her clients identify properties, visualize the possibilities for renovation and assess realistic costs, resulting in the home of their dreams.

Originally from Kansas, Stephanie created a niche market with a group of second home buyers from Wichita. This relationship has made her an expert in the second home and golf community markets. Her relationship with her buyers in this sector continues well beyond the close of escrow, as she assists them in the security, maintenance, and rental marketing of their homes.

Side by side with her husband, Linc, Stephanie has coupled her business life with raising their three children. She has been an avid supporter of their sports teams over the years, volunteering as the president of Xavier Prep Crew for four years, the only female high school rowing team in Arizona. In their free time they enjoy traveling to their home away from home, Cabo San Lucas.
