Stephanie is a well seasoned real estate agent that has been helping buyers, sellers, investors, and renters during the past 9 years in the San Diego area. Stephanie has been part of multiple top-­producing real estate teams creating along the way a client network that leases and sells real estate assets.

Stephanie’s background started managing real estate business offices in Keller Williams Del Mar, California. Now she focuses on helping individuals and families be placed in suitable areas for their lifestyles. Stephanie is committed to helping her clients by understanding their timing and tending to their personal and business needs. Her business model places an important emphasis on the implementation of systems to meet client timelines and official deadlines. She is passionate about video marketing and utilizes all social media channels to promote properties.

Beyond being fluent in Spanish, she values the importance of understanding the beautiful culture and custom practices of the Latin American heritage. Her family ties to the legal world have allowed her to have extensive knowledge in the purchase and lease contracts. Stephanie is an alumnus of UC Merced; where she received a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Sociology.

Stephanie is a natural at networking and meaningfully engages with people on a regular basis. She is not only a sincerely authentic person, but she approaches each situation with thought and creativity. Stephanie is an active mentor for students who need guidance in getting accepted to 4-year universities, as well as a career goal motivator. She created a networking group called Millennial Entrepreneurs Meetups, that focuses on helping young professionals transition from college to their profession. Her passion is to exceed all client’s expectations while giving back to the community.

Stephanie and her husband, Gabriel chose Remax The Collection as their home brokerage in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe at the beginning of 2020.
