It was wonderful to work with Stephanie Beard and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was always professional, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She is extremely competent at her job and we always trusted she had our best interests in mind. During deadlines and dealing with some difficulties with the other party, she always worked hard and was a great negotiator. She understands the laws and process of real estate and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. She kept us up-to-date on everything and went the extra mile in making calls and recommendations during our due diligence. She was always willing to come with us appointments, when it wasn't even necessary. I always knew she was spending lots of time and energy to help us find the right home and she did.
