Stephanie Brock was a pleasure to with, she was available and proactive throughout the entire process. This is actually the 2nd property Stephanie has sold for my family. Both sales were quick and over asking price, what I'd call a Win- Win for all parties. Working with Stephanie Brock could not have been a better experience. From the very first meeting, she took the time to listen and fully understand our needs. Stephanie worked with us to sell our house. She was always willing to stop by and help us make decisions about remodeling, curb, appeal, and even down to the right color of paint to get the best value for our house. She is super knowledgeable about the market and current trends but she is humble enough to admit when she doesn't know something and relies on a great team to get you all the answers you need. She will go way above and beyond to sell your house or help you find the perfect home. As a small example, we couldn't find a landscaping company to mow the lawn before an open house when we were out of town. You better believe that Stephanie took took care of it herself, watered our plants and took care of the house. She is the real deal ya'll.
