My wife and I were searching for single family
homes in the Delaware area and came across Stephanie’s instagram profile. We reached out wondering if we would get a response as most people don’t bother responding and ignore inquiries. However, her response was instant and very detailed. She inquired about our requirements for the properties we were searching for and set us up with MLS listings within minutes. This was all done while we were out of country. Her response times to questions we asked were always lightening fast, even if it was late at night.

She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, patient with all our requests and provided great recommendations and advice since we were not familiar with the home purchasing process in Delaware.

She even attended the home inspection since we couldn’t physically be present for it and reviewed the report with us online. She was even able to convince the sellers to have the HVAC system serviced and inspected before we closed on the house which was pretty remarkable!

She has been a great source of help with her recommendations of local contractors, electricians etc as we are new to the state and has become an awesome friend in the process!

Stephanie is truly one of the best Realtors in the business and perhaps the best one we know to date! We are so glad and fortunate we met her and worked with her to purchase our home!

Buying a home in the COVID era can be stressful with all the new changes. Add to the stress of COVID, being 9 months pregnant and moving your family to a state you’ve never visited before deciding to make the move. With Stephanie as our agent the stressors from COVID and moving to a unfamiliar area were completely removed. She even did her best to ease my mind of the stress of being 9 months pregnant...haha!

Stephanie was so patient with us in our search in such a quick moving market. She went above and beyond with showing us properties. She walked us through various homes via the phone and video tours when technology didn’t work. Every question we had with any aspect of a property or the buying process in Delaware, Stephanie knew the answers.

Stephanie is such a kind and professional real estate agent, our relationship did not end on settlement day. After we moved, Stephanie answered our questions about recommendations for various vendors we had in the weeks that followed our move.

We hope that we have moved into our forever home but if we ever have a need for a Delaware realtor, we will call Stephanie immediately. We highly recommend Stephanie for anyone in need of a Delaware realtor.
