02/18/2015 - TKOP Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Livonia, MI. - - - - - - I found Stephanie through Zillow and I'm glad I did. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. As a first time buyer, the process was intimidating. Stephanie worked with me patiently as I saw dozens of houses over the course of a year. I found her to be easy to work with, communicative and professional. Stephanie was always very informed about the properties we saw and I'd recommend her to anyone in search of a stellar realtor.

05/05/2014 - user1991716 Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Clawson, MI. - - - - - - Stephanie did an excellent job in helping me to find my first home! There was a lot that I didn't know and she was very patient with me as well as really great about explaining everything to me. She was responsive when there were property's I wanted to look at as well as in submitting paperwork for my offer, counter offers, etc. She was there with me every step of the way and I felt like I had not just an agent buy a friend helping me through the process. Although, I had never purchased, I had looked at homes a few years ago with another agent and once I started working with Stephanie, I quickly realized that my previous agent was sub par. Stephanie and the team at Eco Realty were really great and very helpful. When Stephanie was out of town, she made sure I had a back-up person that I could reach out to. The home buying process is not easy and I had a few hiccups along the way, but Stephanie made it much smoother than I think it could have been. I really appreciate all the work she did for me and would recommend her to anyone!

Stephanie is very professional, easy (and fun!) to work with; she really understands the market. One of the things I loved about working with Stephanie is that she made buying a house a learning experience She took out any uncertainty or fear i had by explaining the process to me. She is very thorough, I never felt rushed and she made sure ALL my questions were answered. I always felt like she gave me honest advice and that I could trust her. To be honest, without a doubt, she is one of the top agents I have came in contact with. She keeps the clients updated and informed at all times to answer questions before and when they are asked. Another quality that I not only admire, but find necessary in the business are her people skills. To Stephanie, the client is not another number, but a person. She will make sure your needs are met and actually listen and help solve problems house hunters encounter. Having the clients best interest at hart makes her a great negotiator for the client as well. I hope all agents were more like her. She makes it look easy.

She is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and always very accessible. My fiancé and I have different work schedules, and Stephanie was always willing to make adjustments to show us homes as quickly as possible. This being our first home, there were many unknowns, but Stephanie provided seamless transitions. We really felt that Stephanie was 100% on our side with our best interest in mind, which is a great feeling to have, and not always easy to find . We highly recommend working with Stephanie!
