Stephanie did a very good job representing us in the sale of our home. She was quick to give advice when we needed it, supply recommendations when we need an electrician and plumber, and handled the paperwork to a point where she made it dummy proof - ie sign here, here, and here. We did not have to worry about a thing. To me that is why we hire an agent and she cleared the bar. I would recommend her to anyone selling a home.

She made a point to really understand what we were looking in for a home. We used her services during the Covid pandemic and there was a time when we dealt with a lack of communication from our bank and our HOA.
