As a first time homebuyer, Stephanie made sure that I completely understood the process and I really truly felt that she had my back through it all. While looking for a house, Stephanie periodically checked on me, just to make sure I was feeling okay. When touring homes, she would point out the good & the bad about the houses which gave me a feeling of autonomy -I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. I highly recommend hiring Stephanie!

We haven’t bought a home in 20 years and has to re-educate ourselves to procedures and financing. Stephanie was so patient in bringing us up to date, making suggestions and showing us so many homes in just two days. We have to go back to Charleston and Stephanie has offered to do walk throughs via phone for us. Her sense of humor and positive outlook gave us hope that we can find our new home soon. Thank you so much for your help with touring homes for our kids to purchase. You made the process simple and stress-free for us, and we appreciated your patience and expertise. Stephanie was extremely accommodating! She took us to see houses in the Chesapeake and Portsmouth areas. She listened to all the needs that we were looking for in a house for our kids to purchase because they were out of state. She provided us with good advice and was very detailed orientated when describing each home and the area the home was located in that we did tour with her. We are a military family and we received orders to Virginia from Texas and when we contacted Stephanie L Fountain to be our real estate agent, she was more than willing to help us out.
