As a second-generation REALTOR® relocating from Toronto, Canada, Stephanie Grant genuinely enjoys the opportunities to assist her clients with their real estate needs and their path to home ownership. Successfully guiding her clients along the way from start to finish and knowing that they are truly satisfied with her services brings joy to her heart. Especially working with first-time home buyers, it is truly gratifying.

Stephanie is serious about her business and to keeping current with the Las Vegas Real Estate Market. Education is also important to her by obtaining industry designations, and certificates and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She has obtained the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations and she holds a Property Manager Permit and Community Association Manager License (CAM). She also collaborates with buyer assistance programs and homeowner associations, and she enjoys volunteering with local non-profit organizations. She is a 2016 graduate of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Leadership Program and is involved with GLVAR committees.
