As a first home buyer… I had a lot of questions and I have to say my realtor, Stephanie Harp is a VERY KIND HEARTED GENUINELY GREAT PERSON! She definitely HAS A LOT OF PATIENCE! She answered my questions right away whether it was late at night or over the weekend and if she did not know the answer she was on top of it asking questions to the other realtor!
Truly if I could give Stephanie Harp a MILLION stars, I most definitely would! I WOULD NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT USING ANOTHER REALTOR ESPECIALLY IF I EVER DECIDE TO BUY ANOTHER HOME IN YEARS TO COME. Stephanie is truly amazing! I WOULF RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY OR SELL THEIR HOME! I was so grateful to have her but my side the entire time! Anyone who needs a realtor PLEASE GO WITH STEPHANIE HARP! I promise you will not be disappointed! You will most definitely be in excellent hands!!!

Stephanie is a consummate Real Estate professional! She walked us through every step of the process selling our unfinished home in the middle of Covid 19. Once listed, we accepted an offer in less than 24 hours! Everything was handled remotely so we had a no-contact close and monies in our bank account in 10 days from listing date. All I can say is WOW and very happy to have Stephanie now listing our other properties for sale!

I never bought a house and was wary of both the cost and commitment, but Stephanie helped me along the way, from getting started with seeing what is out there to buying a house! If not for Stephanie’s support, I’d probably still be renting and dealing with the regular annoyances of thin walls, thin floors and noisy late night visitors, while still putting money toward a home that I would never own. Stephanie and I functioned as a team, both monitoring listings and then arranging to meet when something seemed like a possible good fit for me. I spotted what would be my future home before Stephanie could, but someone else would own my home if Stephanie wasn’t there to help me swiftly make an offer and I would’ve offered several thousand dollars more for the home than what the sellers were willing to accept without Stephanie’s input!

Stephanie put her observations both positive and negative out there as I looked at homes and considered whether or not I’d make an offer and for how much. Owning my own home is an adjustment for me as much as some happily ever after, but it’s a positive overall! Sooner or later, many of us will have buyers remorse about some thing, but the quirks of my home that are most prominent to me are the ones Stephanie observed and provided to me for consideration when I decided to make an offer!

Stephanie helped me to NEGOTIATE the purchase of my house rather than simply bid my may into ownership! My accepted offer was less than what I considered offering. Additionally, the seller made significant repairs that otherwise would have cost me time and money.

I recommend Stephanie for helping you find and purchase your next home!
