Stephanie Heering

Stephanie came to Ridgefield with her family in 1968 and graduated from Ridgefield High School in 1980. She has been married for 39 years to Robb Heering, a local real estate lawyer, has 4 adult sons, and makes her home at One Hump Farm in Ridgefield.

Along with Stephanie, her twin sons, Derek, and Kyle, form the Property Twins Team at Coldwell Banker Ridgefield. Together they have over 30 years of real estate experience.

Stephanie is also the co-founder of two local non-profits, Angel of Ridgefield, and International Camel Rescue. Stephanie’s clientele ranges from first time homebuyers to celebrities, athletes, and high net worth individuals.

Having owned, remodeled, and decorated six homes in her lifetime, she has both a flair for design and a deep knowledge of the local real estate market. Whether you are buying or selling, Stephanie can help you achieve your real estate goals.

Stephanie is also a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace in the State of Connecticut.
