Stephanie was a pleasure to work with when selling our manufactured home. It's not an easy task, as there are different rules in place for manufactured homes as opposed to other types of homes. Stephanie was well-versed in the ins and outs of what we needed to provide to potential buyers and what we needed to do as sellers.

She hit the ground running, so to speak, spending a little bit of time talking to our neighbors to get a feel for the neighborhood just after our first meeting. She went above and beyond for us many times, and made the whole process very smooth and efficient.
