Stephanie helped me buy my first house and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable, beyond helpful and super quick with everything I wanted/needed. She made my home buying experience amazing despite everything going on with the pandemic. She’s very good at what she does and truly does make you feel like you’re her only client. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor! I highly recommend her.

Stephanie helped me find a home. She was very realistic with me when I would send her houses I wanted to look at. When we looked at the homes she knew where to look for potential problems and was very knowledgeable on what the house would sell for. She knew prices of everything off the top of her head. Roof replacement cost, siding cost, in ground pool, above ground pool, etc. We found a good home for our family at a reasonable price during this crazy sellers market.

Then it came time to sell my home. This was the most stressful part. I needed to sell it in order to buy my new home. She sold it in a few days and got an offer price of $10k more than the price I was expecting to get. My neighbor Linda was so impressed she used Stephanie to sell her home too.

Stephanie was great and I would recommend her to anyone.
