I had a tremendous experience working with Stephanie Jarvis Caskill on buying our dream home, as well as, selling our current home in record time. She was professional, extremely knowledgable, and very responsive. Any questions we had, she would jump on a call and walk us through the process or the next steps to put our minds at ease. When buying our home, her knowledge and advice, helped us generate a strong offer that beat out 6 other offers, and we were able to secure our dream home! And the same savviness and professionalism carried into the process of selling our home. She brought in and coordinated gorgeous marketing material to gain the most outreach possible and because of that, our home was under contract in 8 days, and closed just 17 days later.
What really stood out was her personal touch and attention to detail on everything. She truly went above and beyond at every step of the way and without her, we wouldn't be moving into our dream home! So many things had to go right with our transaction and Stephanie was an enormous piece of that success.
I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Her expertise, knowledge and dedication is truly unmatched!

Stephanie was very good at what she does. She is a straight forward person and tells you the right thing, not necessarily what you want to hear. I really appreciated that. She recommended everything thing from a stager to a contractor to the person who wrote our mortgage. Everyone she recommended was reliable and good at their craft. She listened to what we wanted and recommended only appropriate houses. When our opinion or through process changed, she followed us without any hesitation. We did make a major change in our thought process and she was right there with us and helped us through it. We got cold feet a couple of times, and she was available at all times. We'd text her and she would reply or call within 30 min. She talked us though our concerns each time without making us feel like we were fools.

This was the first house we sold / purchased in almost 30 years and she was right there to help us through the process. I'd recommend her to anyone looking.

My siblings and I were recently faced with having to list our deceased father's home. Both he and the house were in major disrepair. Stephanie met with us and said, "no problem". From that point on, she was nothing but wonderful - knowledgeable, helpful, positive, direct, and efficient. She coordinated contractors, inspections, and a home stager. No detail was too small for her to address. We were able to sell the home at a good price in a relatively short amount of time. From the first day we contacted Stephanie she was always there answering every question and anticipating every need. She helped us find the perfect home to downsize, while keeping everything on our wish list, like waterfront property. Once the new home was under contract she quickly turned her attention to the best outcome for selling our home of 28 years. We had a contract within 48 hours of listing for 60K over ask!!!
