Stephanie Lyon combines years of real estate experience with a passion for the Front Range. A Colorado real estate broker since graduating college, her successful career began in new home sales leading to a position as a principal and managing broker for more than 15 years. Stephanie provides expert guidance to buyers, sellers and investors while offering consulting services to new home builders and developers.

Stephanie graduated with degrees in Business Marketing and Real Estate from CU Boulder. Her love for the area is evident in her unique experience working in many different facets of real estate, from institutional to commercial, new homes to a traditional brokerage. Having worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers plus more than 30 Front Range new home builders, her robust network includes many of the area’s top builders and developers.

Best known for her professional yet laid-back demeanor, Stephanie shares her expertise in the market as she leads her clients through the transaction process. Her knowledge of real estate, distinct attention to detail and sharp negotiation skills allow her to meet her clients’ specific needs. An outdoor enthusiast, Stephanie loves everything Colorado has to offer. She enjoys participating in organized running races, group hiking adventures and solo paddles on mountain lakes. When she’s not helping clients, she can easily be found hiking with friends, hitting the ski slopes or traveling with her family. Stephanie never skips her morning cup of coffee and daily yoga session. She is active in her Louisville community and currently volunteers to build back after the devastating Marshall fire.
