Stephanie Burton is Awesome!
We feel very blessed and tremendously grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her.
Selling one's home is a life-changing and emotional experience. My husband had resided in the same house for over 55 years. There were many hurdles to overcome before the house could be sold. It was going to take a very patient, personable and highly attentive real estate agent to deal with our unique situation. It was fate that brought us Stephanie Burton.
Ms Burton made us feel at ease from the very first time we met. She was and still is very professional, friendly, respectful and honest. She was extremely knowledgeable about our neighborhood market and what the fair market of our property was. She took detail notes, listen to all needs and what we wanted to accomplish.
It is said that,"there's nothing like tough love". Ms Burton was straightforward about the changes that we had to make in order to attract buyers to the property. She even volunteered to help us with the task. We declined, but sincerely appreciated her offer.
My husband and I were quite impressed with the plans for getting our house sold. We were always kept informed. Our questions and concerns were quickly addressed and phone calls were returned in a timely manner. Ms Burton overcame roadblocks that other agents would have given up on. Each time she would encourage us to persevere. Stephanie was our ROCK! She remained completely focused and involved from the first open house right through the closing. She's a go-getter, very dedicated and a true professional. We received excellent service which went well beyond her duty.
