Stephanie Mann

I was born and raised in Haverhill Ma and was a 1978 graduate of Whittier Reg. Vocational Tech HS. After high school I went to work at Raytheon, West Andover for the next 17+ years-Bought my 1st house when I was 22 years old. While living there for the next 30 years I invested in my neighbohood buying several rehab & burned out Victorian multifamily properties. They were extensively re-habbed and brought back to life -I still own and maintain them and am very proud of my buildings. Two of them are displayed in slide show on my web page. As my passion for real estate grew while still working at Raytheon I obtained my Real Estate license in 1995. Now working both jobs my real estate career was growing and shortly after, in 1996 I left Raytheon to go full time and grow my Real Estate career earing top producer awards for many years. In 2008 I obtained my Brokers license. I have 20 years of experience in selling/buying of Multi/Single familes, condo's, re-habs, bank owened, investment properties, and rentals in all of Merrimack Valley..I have a love for all animals and have 2 collie dogs and a cat. I love my music, my friends, the beach, the gym, and riding my motorcylce. I also love meeting new people-
