Stephanie worked a miracle in helping us sell our flooded house after Harvey. She worked with us through the renovation process and was patient in helping us find the right buyer. She showed that she had a lot of experience in Houston real estate, and helped us make the right decisions to sell our house quickly and with a surprising amount of money in our pocket after closing. If she can sell our house for us quickly and for a profit, then she can sell anything.

We used her services to buy two properties and sell another. She will always answer or return phone calls and texts. In our most recent transaction, Stephanie had to pick up the slack for the buyers realtor and basically do their job for them to make sure things ran smoothly for us.
