So happy we found Stephanie! From day one she was incredibly responsive and helpful. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions about what to look for and how the process works and Stephanie was so patient listening to us, answering questions, offering advice. She was amazing. And when it came time to navigate through the contract and negotiations, she really went to bat for us. And she even joined us the day of closing even though she didn’t need to. We will definitely reach out to her again when the time comes for us to find our next home. :-)

I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Only 38 days from our first meeting until closing on our dream house!
I came across Stephanie during an internet search. I had always planned to ask a friend or family member for a realtor referral but I was in the beginning stages so I just asked a question about a home I liked through a internet search. Stephanie responded right away, not only did she answer my questions but she educated me on the entire buying process. As a first time home buyer there was so much I didn’t know. She even met with my husband and I the very next day to show us the home. After meeting with her it was clear I didn’t need a recommendation she was extremely knowledgeable about the area and market. She was also very honest and pointed out things I would have never thought to look for. Stephanie is a true professional and exceptional at her job. She kept us in the loop on everything without prompting and went above and beyond what I expected. Specifically, she referred us to a great lender and an inspector for our home inspection. On the day of closing the title company said they were missing a document, Stephanie immediately got involved and within the hour helped us get it figured out so our closing happened on time. A Million Thank You’s Stephanie, without you, we would have been lost.

I found Stephanie via Zillow and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely professional and personable. She analyzed the problem areas as a buyer even though I seemed to by pass it sometimes. I bought my first house within 2 weeks of working with her. She always had her answers or get the right person to address my questions. Happy to work with her :)

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She helped me find my first house. We had a bit of hiccup - the house I was under contract with almost fell through. We are extremely grateful to Stephanie for helping us find our new home. My husband and I were moving to Orlando from out of state and Stephanie went above and beyond. During our home search she called us via Facetime to do a walk through of each of the homes we were intrested in. Once we found a home she was there during the entire process to make sure things went smoothly. We could not have done it without her extensive knowledge of the area and her expertise. For our recent home purchase Stephanie was recommended to us and we were impressed from start to finish. Stephanie was the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. She was always reachable when needed and got back to me quickly even after normal business hours. Any request we had for a home showing was quickly accommodated and all of my phone calls and emails were returned promptly. Most importantly, Stephanie's integrity and honesty was never questioned as she clearly had our best interests in mind rather than just trying to complete a transaction. I could not recommend her more highly.
