We loved working with Stephanie Nance; we were looking to move from a townhouse to a four bedroom home. In less than a week Stephanie Nance helped us find five bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, house which shortened by morning commute by 11 miles. I really appreciated how Stephanie Nance went beyond her duties as a real estate agent to help us during every stage of the process. When we made our offer, there was another offer made and Stephanie Nance came up with the perfect strategy to make sure we would win the bid. I love that she also helped me with the stress that came along with buying a house, Every time I had a question about what do she had an answer. That would put my mind at ease. Stephanie Nance is great at her job and we appreciate everything. Stephanie Nance made our home buying process easy.

As a first time homebuyer, Stephanie helped me feel supported throughout the entire process. I was looking to buy in 2020-21 when the market conditions shifted to being a seller’s market. My search spanned 8 months and included making 6 offers on different homes. Stephanie was patient, always available to meet me at showings, and prepared offers on very short turnarounds. She is not only a solid professional but an extremely kind person. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time buying experience!

Stephanie, was an amazing agent! My schedule is all over the place. She was always available for any showings or questions I had no matter what time of day. Her work ethic was nothing short of amazing and she stayed very consistent throughout the buying process. She was also able to get all repairs done and assistance on closing cost. Highly recommend if you're looking for an agent to take care of you.

Stephanie has been amazing to work with!! I have worked with both her and her husband. They are great!! The sell of my house got a bit complicated and Stephanie was amazing and helped me through every step of the way and explained things to me as they came into question. Even after the sell went through, she is still here for me and answers any questions I have!! I would definitely work with her again if I ever move back to the area!
